I have been training with Tarik for over two years.  I always exercised regularly, and when we first begin, I thought I was in reasonably good shape. Tarik, however, took my training routine to a dramatically different level.  He continually adds new exercises, makes existing ones more challenging, and pushes me to get the most out of our work together.  Tarik is also incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition, stretching and how to train effectively for a range of sports (my golf game and swing flexibility has definitely improved).  At 59, I am without doubt in the best shape I have been for many years.
